  • Upper Karkur Talh (Jebel Uweinat), October 2006, following rain

The species was only noted in middle and upper Wadi Handal following the rains of 2005. One flowering specimen was seen, the rest were all shoots or in the pre-flowering stage. Several young shoots were observed in the rain affected areas of upper Karkur Talh in 2006.
