A Pharaoh Eagle-Owl was seen by Xavier Misonne in teh Wadi Handal, and in the spring of 2007 Sherif Baha el Din heard one in Karkur Talh, but to my knowledge nobody ever photographed one at Jebel Uweinat prior to our sighting in 2017.
