The account of the Hungarian born American art historian of his observations in the Yucatan and central Mexico, translated from the english language original by Rétay Margit. It is known in three binding variants, Classic IV. full cloth and half cloth versions and the very rare plain white full cloth binding with just titles and a globe on the cover, common to most titles in 1938-39. The dust jacket is known. At present we do not know whether all the variants were of the same edition or not.
