MIHELICS, Vid
Az új Portugália

(The New Portugal)
First Edition 1938
Second Edition 194?

A description of Portugal and its social landscape by Mihelics, an ordained catholic priest and prominent publicist. This title originally appeared published by Franklin in a single volume, not in the MFTK series. However a dust jacket of a single volume edition is known, which appears to be of the series, and lists all 1936-38 titles (excluding #46). It is likely that a yet unnoted 1938 single volume Classic IV or white full cloth version exists with a series half title. At some point the title was re-issued as a two volume set with series half title and in the Classic IV half cloth binding, at present only this version is confirmed to be part of the MFTK series. The contents page still reflects the single-volume origin. The publication date is likely to be the early forties, when several other single volume non-series Franklin titles were re-issued as part of the MFTK series in a double volume Classic IV half cloth binding. This is also confirmed by the reversed half titles and it's scarcity, the early forties editions are the rarest in the entire series.
