BERGMAN, Sten
Kamcsatka ősnépei, vadállatai és tüzhányói közott

(Among Kamchatka's Natives, Wildlife and Volcanoes)

First Edition 1930
Second Edition 1931

The account of a three year research expedition to the Kamchatka peninsula made by the Swedish zoologist in 1920-23, translated by Dr. Cholnoky Béla (the son of the series editor). The first edition, bearing the Lampel publisher mark, was released in 1930 with both Classic III. and Oval logo bindings. It was followed by a second edition a year later (at present only known in Classic III. binding), which is identical to the first in every way, with the exception of the publisher's mark, Franklin in the second edition. The second edition exists in slightly different Classic III. binding variants with matching interior, probably reflecting reprints/re-issues in 1934 or 1935. All editions are believed to have been issued with a dust jacket, the one illustrated is believed to be of the second edition on account of the prominent reference to Franklin Társulat.
