MUFK #4

OSSENDOWSKI, Ferdynand
Ázsiai titkok, Ázsiai emberek

(Man and Mistery in Asia)
First Edition 1925
Second Edition 193?

The third Ossendowski title describing his pre-revolution travels and observations in Siberia and the Russian Far East, translated from english by Sajó Aladár. It is known in five binding versions, the Classic II. and Classic IV. both with MUFK series titles, the plain crimson version, the MFTK Oval logo version (without MFTK series half title) and the crimson half cloth with gilt globe that probably dates to the late thirties. The first four have no difference in the interiors, but at least one known copy of the very scarce gilt globe cover version has a different title page where the title order is mixed up. At present it is not known whether this is a one-off misprint, or all such cover versions had this incorrect title. The dust jacket is known in two very different versions, at present it is not known which versions had which one.
